Double check my diagnosis please: 95 K3500

I just bought a new IP harness for a couple of hundred bucks. Also if your using an extension harness evidently the PMD socket is kind of an oddball and the one every one uses to make an extension harness isn't super reliable
 
Yeah, that connection sux. Back when we were moving the pmd into the cab we got rid of the connector because we couldn’t get new ones.
One of the guys found a round connector that used the same connector pins, so we took the connector off, installed the round connector. Then made the new extension harness with the other round connector on one end and reused the original oval one on the other end that connected to the pmd.
