Has anyone tried this Dorman part? It is much cheaper than OEM. $85

I try to avoid buying made in China stuff. But if I'm going to buy Made in China garbage, I try to get the cheap be stuff.
Seems to a lot of times there isn't much difference between cheap made in China and more expensive Made in China.

I'd try to source it somewhere other than Rockauto. Unless they've developed a customer service department

I have 195k on this factory oem turbo. Is it worth cleaning it or should I just get a new or rebuilt turbo?

I've cleaned plenty of them at that mileage. Just check shaft play and if that's good I wouldn't hesitate to clean it and re install it.

No, but it will have more turbo lag resulting in a loss of low end power.
