Door hinge pin?

My drivers door has been hitting the striker for a long time and its bad to the point where the interior panel cracked when it fetched up. My plan is to support door from bottom and R and R one pin at a time. I plan to order a door holder for other side as the door needs to come off to replace rocker panel. I would like to replace the rocker panel without door removal. Can this be done, or is it to much pia. The interior is being replaced, so no worries of weld spatter sneaking by weld blankets. I've been real sick, so looking to save energy by cutting corners. This work needs to be done as the mice have taken over my truck nightly. Thanks in advance, and if anyone has a 95 and up light grey door panel for sale, let me know. Will post in Wanted area as well.
 
After looking at it, the question is, do the bushings wear out or the pins bend or wear out?
 
I guess I will wait for autobady door holder to show up as from what I can see, the door has to come off to replace the bushings
 
Put blocking under the door and have somebody hold the door while you change the bushings out.
You'll need a door spring compressor to R&R the spring.
I would drill holes in the pins and use a cotter pin instead of trying to install these pesky clips(it don't take much to f them up) to keep the pins in place.
Final door alignment can be done with a bar in the lock and the striker pin as fulcrum.
 
If you don't have a cherry picker, I have used a floor jack and a 4x4 under the flat part of the door and a helper to balance the door. Just do 1 hinge at a time. Then the jack comes in handy for the height alignment. Definately can not live without the spring tool.
 
I used a tractor and 2 ratchet straps BTW. Ratchet for adjustments. Didn't have a spring tool and busted the new bushings by the time I wrestled the spring
 
My cherry picker is in Jersey and truck in Ma. I can use the tractor or chainfall though. I'm waiting on spring compressor in morning mail. I will have to wait for the Thurs. flood to pass, as getting sick in the rain would result in another hospital stay. The good news is that I found the mice point of entry. The rubber boot covering the wires and such was off the door, allowing them to ruin carpet, headliner ect. I need to lose the underhood insulation as the mice havbe filled it with acorns. Thanks all for help and suggestions.
 
As stated, this can be done without removing the door if you do one hinge at a time. I did it in my garage once, supporting the door with a 5 gallon bucket. I got the spring in without the tool, as well, but it was a real son of a gun! I compressed it somehow and wired it in it's compressed state, installed and then cut the wire off. I don't recommend this method, but it's possible.
 
^^ I did it this way as well, used a vise to compress the spring and wired it and cut the wire after.^^

I have found new bushing are larger so I use a step drill and open up the holes alittle, don't go to much. I would use a C clamp and a socket to install them instead of the hammer. Also on the roller pin don't hammer it in. You may need to open up the holes there too. If you hammer you will damage the pin/roller. Lube it up real good while door is off.
