Diesel specifications---good info---please view!!!

It wasnt a problem. I had just very basic horsepower and torque numbers for the motors already for that statistics project. I figured why not start adding more haha
 
OK, there is definitely not a lot out there about the 4BD2's but this is what I managed to scrape up in about an hour.


Isuzu 4BD1/4BD2/6BD1Diesels

Peak in simple terms is the most power produced in years of production by the motor. Now different transmissions and truck types kind of affects this but like I said, in simple terms. For instance the later model years 6.5L produced more power than the early model years 6.5L, so the later model years were the years when power peaked its highest.
 
I think it had a few different ratings to be honest. My old motors sticker rated the engine at 200 advertised horsepower. That is a k3500 with a 4911 pump. I think maybe the half tons with the kitty and emissions and smaller pumps may have been rated differently, like the 180hp numbers. I am not sure.
