I hear ya... the communication sucks, and that's no lie; a business can't do that very often or they pay the price. However, the work is yet to be determined...

I did recieve my heads but they were 3 days late. The quality of the work looks ok. The packaging for shipping could have been much better. I didn't recieve a bill for the shipping of the heads from jacksonville, Florida to diesel depot.[$60]
It's back to same old same old. Jamie isn't answering the phone again and his voice mail is full. How can you turn that much business away?
