A while back I am making a rock delivery to a customer and this fellow comes into their yard to get a little tid bit of Pea gravel in his trailer.

Towing this "Cute " little trailer behind the really fancy Caddy Escalade 4 door.

HAAAAAAAA over chromed Burb is all they are.

I walked around the thing and commented "Nice truck mac" the dude flies into an uncontrolable diatribe about the caddy and all that crap.

After he was done with his tirade, I looked him square in the eye and said, "yeah, thats what I said, Nice truck mac and got in the big rig leaving him sputtering.

My trucks a beat workhorse that doesn't complain about being over-worked and working extreme hours in extreme temperatures................

When my truck is feeling in the dumps, it needs a new part..... When I'm feeling in the dumps, the truck needs a new part!!! :)

In Fact, we both require frequent cosmetic maintenance to keep looking presentable....

Just not sure whose breath is better.........Probably the trucks :)

If I could just get the ol' girl to do the jobs for me, instead of merely bringing me, all my tools, and the job materials.... Slacker truck... ...
 
Ya'll aint rednecks till you got's genuine Turbo Vec wheels(General Lee/Dukes of Hazzard) I got's me a set. Was thinking aout puttin' em on the Dodge but since I can't sell my two old rags I may be trading the Dodge in on a Pilot.
 
Love this thread. I qualify right there with 'ya Aces. Check out my album gauge pics. The old set of turbine wheels hanging on the wall are visable thru the windshield!

Now where can I get a pair a 'dem chrome babe silhouette mudflaps to class my truck up a bit!

Those wheels are the bomb. I have a buddy that has an 8 lug set he doesn't use anymore, but he won't come off of them.
 
My truck kida reflects me. Im sure as hell not a city boy but im not a hick. Got some of the precuois amentities ie. electrical crap.....
 
Got a little done tonight. Bought some oil today along with a filter and some fittings to jumper the cooler ports.

Will prime the engine tomorrow with the priming tool. (Old 6.2 vacuum pump with a nut welded on the top of the shaft and the gear teeth turned off)

Once there is oil at all the rocker it can be buttoned up.

Wel I'm always adding pix, here are a couple pix of Li'l ol me for those who are currious about what MGW looks like. :eek:
