A few of us have made headers at some point.
Incredible tedious. Time to look at the lowest cost kit how to make everything fit I have seen yet.

Also would work for custom exhaust if they have the sizes available…

 
I sent them an email regarding a couple questions I have about fitting a set of headers to the 1959 W100 Power Wagon.
Mainly about the centerline radius.
Not a lot of room between the frame rail and the port level of the heads, especially to the drinkers( right ) side.😹

Basically anyone considering it should check out their videos, website, etc.
Not just headers, full exhaust, roll bars, roof racks, etc. they have a lot of learning tips on their videos.
Some mighty nice projects that they are putting together.
I just wonder, after they get those vehicles perfected if they will be sold as a kit form to be welded together then drive train installed.
