Does this have a water seperator in it? I see it has a drain. Looks like it has a built in lift pump.

I haven't looked at the 2016 Ford. Do they come with a lift pump or are they like the Duramaxs and suck from the injection pump?

Would this be what we would want for the 2016 Ford Superduty?

I kind of really wish my wife didn't like that truck so much. She could get all her money back put of it plus some. I guess it wouldn't bother me at all if she would handle investigating and getting the upgrades done. It needs large fuel tank, water seperator/ lift pump maybe,

and the CP4 disaster prevention kit we bought installed.

Or the 1994 K3500?

make / manufacturer: AirDog
model name / number: FP-200
Diesel fuel air separation system, 2 years old.

Get the model number from Craigslist.
Call airdogg tech support or check their website.
Yep. Just called the guy and delivery close by is a possibility.

Calling Airdog now. Model # FP11-200. Wrong pump. That is for a semi.

My next question is: is Airdog the system to go with for the upgrade?

I would need
AirDog II-4G, DF-165-4G 2011 - 2016 6.7L Ford (Replaces High Pressure Pump)

Seems expensive. My FASS 100 GPH was about $650 new. It's considered a step up from Air Dog. I thought Fords with the CP4 already had a lift pump setup.
They have a lift pump. But from what little I read they need a better water fuel seperator. I'll check with FASS. And see what they have for a kit. This wasn't on my list until I saw that for sale whilst searching for a diesel machine to replace the old 400 Deere.

The FASS also comes with a lift pump to feed the OEM lift pump. Apparently you run 2 lift pumps. The FASS pump is only 10 psi.

Thanks

The 6.7l fuel system looks pretty similar, if not better than the 6.4's, and they are regarded as very good at stock power levels. It's not until you add power that the lift pump needs upgrading.
