I haven't heard the term yardbird since I left Tennessee..lol... Up here most of us call it the Barn yard pimp.. I'll pretty much eat it just about any way you cook it... But I prefer it be barbecued with Cornell sauce... Maybe we should try that on the peacocks in the other thread LOL
