Did you mean up through 1995.....? If not, was there a drain just for the 1995?
I've got one on my Dodge, and they are really nice. Esp. if you send in oil samples.

I may stand corrected. Heath Diesel says to drain the oil, leave the filter, and add 6 quarts. Then remark the dipstick. The 7 quarts in the manual is assuming the oil cooler drains out. It doesn’t drain out. (Then change the filter…)
Rather the engine whips it with the crankshaft and out the CDR it goes.
Might want to double check that one. He told me 5 and I got the long story on it over a couple of days and the number was repeated several times.
