So the last hanger is before the exhaust goes over the rear axle.....and then nothing else till the tailpipe.

no, this is in back of the rear axle, and it basically supports the pipe right before the 90 degree bend.
there is another that supports it before the axle as well.

crap, I hope this info didnt come too late. damn exhaust shops anyway. :mad2:
