Camping on July 4th in Minnesota...

DSC01421.jpg

I have had groundsheets, tents, tent trailers, trailers, fifth-wheels, and now I have a motorhome. I love this thing... drive all day and you still feel great.

However, you need to pull a car or truck, and you need to be ready for the heart-attack at the pump.. nobody likes to see a grown man cry...

For me it had always been tents until about two weeks ago. Rented a KZ 272BH and went to the Grand Canyon. Family loved it. If I hadn't ended up buying a truck on the way up there I probably would have been able to talk the wife into buying the trailer when we got back.

We slept 6 people in a small pop up when I was a kid and my wifes family tented a lot. Now we are on our 3rd trailer, an Outback 32BHDSLE. We have pulled it to FL several times and went as far as Yellowstone with it last year. I cant imagine life without it even though we dont get to use it as much as we want.
