Brand new product for the 6.5 OPS EXT HOSE

Yea i guess that helps. . .
I have no idea what that is but i'm glade folks are all excited about it, If i should ever need such a thing a m jig i now know where there is one. . .

Now if we could invent some things that would make the 0-70mph a little quicker for the 6.5-T life would be grand. . .Don't get me wrong i'm these things will tow 20K #'s all day long. . .its all in how slow you wanna go. . .

Mikey

:secret: It's next week. :secret: :treed:

Yep, I was going to post yesterday, but could not get to a computer.
I will post again later today with a cool little part I'm having made. I don't have any pictures so I need to wait til then.

It looks like a hose with fittings. . .whats it do thats so exciting please do explain ?

Mike

It moves the trouble-prone oil pressure switch out where it's easy to change. It's reasonably priced and you don't have to chase around for 4 hours to gather supplies to make your own. My time is valuable to me.

Since you're already making hoses, any plans for making replacement oil cooler lines?

Yes, I do have that in the works. I just got the hose for it yesterday. I want to test this out first before offering it, so it may be a couple months if I do decide to offer a kit.

Maybe it would be nice to offer a oil line kit that has an oversized oil cooler instead of just the stock size replacement? A larger cooler would allow a little more oil, and of course better heat displacement. Keeping oil cool dramatically helps keep engine temps cool.

I don't think overcooling would happen, as the engine can control this via coolant t-stats.

If I had the option of buying a factory sized kit/replacement lines, or an OVERSIZED cooler w/replacement lines, I'd go for the oversized.

Been there done that. Kennedy harness takes care of the rest. Nice to have a supplier rather than diy.

Looks good, what does the second sensor do for you? How much was it?
I did'int quite understand what you meant by "Nice to have a supplier rather than diy"

how will it be made? hyd hose, or steel lines? Im interested either way!

The way I am building the test hoses is to reuse the original hard lines. I have two different types of hose I will try.
The main thing right now is I want to make sure the hoses will do a good job.
What would you guys rather have? a kit that reuses the hard lines or a complete hose kit?
Reusing hard lines will make it cost less and keep the lines organized.
