I just listed this up on my web site. It's one of those things that makes life nice when it's time to change your OPS. www.pmdcable.com

That is beautiful. I may actually troubleshoot my circuitry now. It's bad enough you made me envy the boost bolt...now this.

Can you solve the energy crisis when you get a free moment?

Yea, you would think we would have our free energy flying cars by now.

Congrats Leroy, keep on making these nice products wich make 6.5 maintenance, upgrading or troubleshooting easier

Did you get your cables yet?

I've got something really cool to unveil (is that how you spell unveil?) next week. Got to keep it a secret til then.

Nice work, Leroy! Between boost bolt, ops extension and the ATT, we have seen more innovation on the 6.5 here on this site than I saw in the last 2 years elsewhere.

I just love this place!

Just bought one! This willl save a headache dealing with the crappy position of the ops location on my 6.5!

Gunner, OPS socket is going in the blue box this morning (local PO doesn't work on Saturday) so you should have it by the end of the week.

Notting new here,I got these setups on all my my veh,on the 89 for 10 yrs already.
I just use short grease gun hoses for the job.

I have posted this on a few occasions when there was a post about the difficulty of getting to the OPS.

But the ease of availablitly and it truly being a 5 min swap out vs finding all proper fittings, etc etc. Something to be said about a pre-made kit that is all you need, without fear of leaks or doing it twice.

This is a good time to take both intakes off, do some serious degreasing/housecleaning/shopvacing, cleaning the piss out of everything in there, while having intakes off, clean the piss out of them, and give all your fuel hoses/injector line a good visual.

While at it, might as well get a fuel pressure guage installed there too.

Sounds like a fun Saturday to me.

Looks great!

But.....is there a mount to hold the OPS in its new location, instead of leaving it hanging out in the open? Or is that a DIY thing?

I don't think it really needs a mount. I guess you could zip tie it or ???
That would be a DIY.
The hose is a very thick hydrualic hose so not mounting it rigid should not be a problem and may even help it as vibrations are absorbed in the hose and not through the sensor. IMO.

You need a 9/16" wrench to tighten lower hose into the block. The Top hose nut needs a 3/4" wrench. On the OPS itself I use a deep 1 1/16" six point socket or you could buy the special OPS socket.

These are made out of indutrial hose supplies and have a lifetime warranty.
