What are the rules for this event as in parking, cooking, drinking?
First come first serve or is there reserved spots for the vendors? Can we set up trackside along the fence with a BBQ pit where we can cook and still see the track ?
Are Ice chest allowed?
We will have 4-5 trucks so far and who ever from here wants to join in. I may pay for everyone by PP just waiting for definate confirmations so I do not get stiffed with the bill.

I was going to ask you and Paul but I am trying to find out for sure before we set this up. We used to be able to do this there, hell you could even pack an ice chest into the grand stands if you wanted but I am not sure on the event days because usually the food/beer vendors pay a premium to be able to sell their stuff. I emailed the track manager with questions also. I may have to just call tomorrow.

If they don't let us bring in coolers, I can leave them at my house and swing by on my way to the hotel and pick them up.

It just wouldn't be right to eat crawfish without a cold one!
 
I am sure you bring your own drinks to the party and it used to be that way for the track. I will not be at the after party. We are either going back to my house or my buddies for a GTG with friends. My latest female friend ( I can't change underwear this fast) has to work so I will have her daughter and mine there so I am not so much worried about the drinking issue for me but my crew is asking. If I do not get an answer to my email by tomorrow morning I will call. I am definitely bringing a camera and wearing my dtr shirt.

Air Dog will be in the Vendors Alley with their trailer with some products.

They are bringing their DRAG RACE TRUCK!!!


And they will also be debuting the NEW Air Dog II fuel pump!

Complete with a test display, at different working pressures, all clear tank and lines,..so you can see the fuel disturbance pre-pump, and how much it cleans up the air bubbles post-pump.

Coming but don't know how many.. I'm not gonna eat at afterparty do I have to pay the whole price? Ill chip in anyway if I don't have to pay at all.
 
I'll let Tank answer that...but the only thing you should pay for is what services you use...Drag racing($40) Spectators ($15)

as far as your guests go...whoever eats will need to pay...
