This is the second year of this event, it WAS a Ford only event, but is open to all this year. Last year they dynoed at tNt...not sure if they will this year too, but they are drag racing for sure...

I may have to call them about camping spots if there is enough interest. May be dry camping though.

That's where I first limped my tranny :nonod: Friday nights are the street legals.

Most of the camping spots are reserved for the year but I do remember one time that we just found a place to park and setup. My Cousin's run dragsters there and we used to go alot. Guess it is in the blood):h.
That would be an easy GTG for most of us.

this is definitely an early bird event... Drag racing is only 8am to 3 pm

Most people come in on Friday,...and do some partying. Then Saturday we attend the event. The truck show will be in the morning at STATE CAPITOL RACEWAY, then we RACE!!!!

After the racing is over,...then all HELL breaks loose,...we go back to the Red Lion Hotel where we have crawfish and beer, and play some BEER PONG!!!!...we have security...and the Hotel lets us get away with just about anything.

Then Sunday,...if you are still alive.....breakfast..

I looked on the state capitol dragway website...and it says we have the track from 8am-3pm...is that wrong?

also: you have the drags listed from 1-3pm will there be any pre race test and tune/dial in runs going on?
