Battery tray

Wasn't sure where to put this so I figured I'd let the mods move it where they want it.
Any way trying to remove the battery tray on my 96 ( to get to the washer pump) and can't get the back left corner to release. Looks like it might slide by the shape of things but I can't get it to budge. Any thoughts before I break this thing?

HMMMM I didn't think to look in the fenderwell.

yep, 96+ has the one big one in the fender well.

I figured it out quick, but I cheated, I had a new one I was putting in they do break off the hooks on the inner side, have replaced my 99, and need to replace the 96.

I was proud of GM, it wasnt expensive at all.
