Battery Life Saver - anyone used this?

Battery desulphating is a relatively new process and more often than not will work if there isn't internal damage such as shorted or broken plates. The military tested the process and they were so impressed that they bought truckloads of them and they've been able to reduce battery replacement significantly. The last figure I saw was 80% but I'm sure that has dropped. They tested multiple brands and designs and the PulseTech products came out on top and by a wide margin. The CTEKs didn't do well at all, though it has been about 6 years since that particular test. They could be a totally different design now and perform great so I don't want to say they aren't any good since my info might be outdated. I read a report on the test and wish I still had the report. It went into really good detail on the technology and explained how the high frequency pulses liquefied the crystals that had built up on the plates and returned the battery function. I was going to buy a PulseTech but stumbled across the Black and Decker that I mentioned earlier and it seems to work okay. I installed a Battery Minder in my 5th Wheel and it desulphates, too. Batteries are 6 years old and I load tested them with a carbon pile tester in June and they were like new, so hopefully I'm getting a return on the cost of the Battery Minder (I think it was about $50.00).
