Any one interested in a Starter rebuild thread?

I'm interested, something new to learn, and file away for later as I just bought one...dang it. It will make a great addition to the reference library.

Once you resolve the stalling issues, the starter's last a long time I've noticed :) I'm on my 3rd.

:hihi: or hard starting issues!

Useful info would also be for inspecting your 'working' starter for wear/pending problems during transmission or engine overhaul. aka times you have a working starter removed... :mad2:

I have a short attention span.I think I'm starting to loose interest:D:rolleyes5:

Maybe frozen up. It's -30F here today. A whole lot colder up there usually.

a big yes from the turbonator boys.... lookin forward to pics too..... x-2,3,4 on goin into the tech section as well.....

Let me see here, all small letters, no caps, (I go to my cheat sheet -there is 2 of us... jim types with proper capitals, jeff types without caps..) must be jeff. :rof: ;)

bison is working on the thread. It will definitely be a thread in the Do It Yourself section! :)
