any idea what these are?

all i can say is it looks aluminum. something from the 50's. from a coke cooler?

I'm thinking they might have something to do with electrical

WAIT!!! What?? I was waiting for you to do the reveal! Ah man, now it is really going to bug me. Haha

Can you take another pic with a tape measure and maybe another angle on the pipe piece?

And it looks like 1 is smaller then the others and one is larger and slightly oval. Is that correct or just camera trick.

The cylindrical piece looks like the base of a semi-permanent pole mount. Can see where it supported a pole and allowed 'dropping' / removing of the pole by pulling it out but yet not completely letting go. The semi-permanent aspect comes from the two slots on opposite sides of the cylinder as these may have allowed a dowel that went through the cylinder and base of the pole to keep them together.

If that 'thingey' with the puck mounted about 1/2 way along the cylinder has threads, it might have served as a height adjustment and in that case the cylinder was probably floor mounted. If the 'thingey' is spring loaded somehow, it suggest a vertical mounted assembly, so maybe the base of a gate.

Those rings look about the size of a pole / rod that would have gone into the cylinder, so possible counterweights or locks to hold the pole / rod to the cylinder.

On electrical it looks like the rings could be collar mounts for different size conduit, then a tugger devise would go against it to apply the pulling load for installing wiring into conduit. But I can't see how the pipe component would function with that.

Old automotive i thought maybe a coil spring compressor tool?

On reddit ther is a page called "whatisit" where you post a pic and let see it someone recognizes it. I have no clue how to post there...
