Howdy truckers. Forgive my inexperience, but I haven't even followed this site. Sorry if I misread, or post in wrong areas, but it'll take me time to get acclimated.
I'm in Ct, and am interested in, (wait for it), your 6.2 column.:wideyed::wtf:
I know, I'm ready for it. I've had my 83 C-30 cab and chassis, converted to P.U. bed, for almost 25 years now, and (like mold) has kinda grown on me. It's basically an around town and yard truck, with tow dolly and trailer pulling excursions once in a while. It's tubbed, and has a Holmes 440 winch installed for those "special" circumstances. The truck (physically) is in rough shape, and this summer will go through a sheetmetal upgrade. If anyone is interested, I'll start a thread on it. If not, I look fwd to seeing some of your projects. So for now, I'll leave you to your posts and thanks for your patience. OFN. Joe

Looks like the big guns are working anyway. Thanks for the welcome guys. Questions, huh? OK, let's see. where do I go to turn on notifications to my posts? Is it on my profile page?
 
I see "unwatched" thread at the top of this one, but how do you turn it onto Email notifications?

Click it to unwatch it. Then click again and it will prompt you to receive emails or not.

Warw, thanks for the link to the projects. I'll be checking them out.
And Leroy wants pics? This is all I can muster. They're a few years old, and the trucks in serious need of an up-date. Which is what I plan this spring/summer. The pic of the bed off, was when I installed the Holmes winch, and 2 new tanks.


 
Thanks Leroy. I'll be starting a thread on my floor replacement here soon. Think Rock Auto will be supplying me with some sheetmetal.
