You can pick up one of the fuel line disconnect tools at most any auto parts house........... just be sure you get the large one for GM's........... I had one of the smaller style, for mild gassers & older diesel lines, but the diesel lines are much larger on the newer diesels.
On edit: Mine looks kinda like a X with a swivel in middle and they only cost about $9.00
