It's just the angle that makes it look like 4 prongs. The switch is most likely all you need to do.

Part is ordered, $17 including shipping. Thank you WarWagon and Theferminator. I'm sorry for the probing questions, but sometimes the experienced guys speak/write in terms us novices have difficulty understanding. But with your help, step-by-step it was pretty easy. Now it's just a matter of waiting for the part. I have my Honda Accord and I don't need to haul anything up to Big Bear this week, so I can wait.....and still be cool.

The AC blower switch arrived and I installed it and it works perfectly. Only PITA was that I could not get the screw in on the right side of the ECM tray, so that sorta flops around.
