Dad's 92 has leaky lines. would be no problem buying aftermarket lines except for one problem. IDK if it is first year specific, C3500HD specific, or both, but the oil cooler is in the radiator, rather than the air to oil one out in front like my 95 HD.

Has anyone ran across this issue, and if so, are there any aftermarket lines available? if not, are the fitting pipe, so one can use custom made Hydraulic hose?

You can install our kit in front of the rad like the late models. All you need to do make a simple bracket. However I still suggest you use the rad cooler as well.

does one just tee it together somewhere to utilize both?

And as far as that bracket goes, can i obtain one off of a junker truck?

Sorry to dredge up old threads, but i would rather go dredging than start new, so here goes.

Greg, that bracket you speak of, can i just get one off of a junker truck?

Why even use the cooler in the rad? Yes, brackets from a junker should work.

Could you hunt down a set of 6.2 lines? The factory ones in my blazer are stainless braided with rubber over the braid and everything is thread in connections, not snap clips like the 6.5 lines.

Where's the oil cooler thread in? Passenger side of the radiator?
