17.5:1 is what i found on the site posted earlier. It wouldn't be the first time an engine with a questionable bottom end was pushed to the edge on this forum, I think this engine fits nicely with the 6.x engine

They mentioned some fancy starter in the literature, I will look it up and add it on edit in a bit.
