hello out there .need a lil advice we are replacing a 6.2 in a 85 blazer with a 94 6.5 t we are using the original radiator ,which has oil cooler lines going to the right hand side or radiator? Was wondering if there is a after market oil cooler set up that is air cooled that will work properly ? thx

Do you have the donor truck of the 6.5? They have separate oil coolers...

lubespecialists. He sells the whole kit with cooler and braided lines for around 250$. It's setup as bolt on replacement for the newer bodystyle trucks(93-98) but should easly fit an older one with a little fab.

On the 6.5 the oil cooler, trans cooler and radiator are stacked I believe. It has been about a month since I looked at mine. Closest to the grill on the driver side is the oil cooler and the trany cooler is on the left IIRC w/ the radiator behind them closer to the motor. I did see a picture at the other place one of the oil cooler in front w/ the trany cooler sanwiched between the radiator and the oil cooler. Just going by memory.
