ok i have a 94 chevy with a 6.5 and i changed the fsd and crank position senser and still have the same problem when its cold starts right up once its warm it starts to buck loose power the shut off but it will start right up after that HELP please his is my first diesel and i think my last im ready to give up

Definitely check OPS, but also borrow or buy a fuel pressure gauge that you can attach to the t-valve drain. With the gauge you can start it, watch to see if fuel pressure drops, which would be my guess. Then you can chase that problem and get it fixed quickly.

Welcome!!!

There are 2 things to check, the LP and OPS that runs the LP. Other possibility is PMD.

If you found that OPS is faulty, make sure you get an ACDelco OPS.
You may have to order it since most part store don't have it in stock and they will sell you their store brand but that is no good.

ok i bypassed the ops and it runs better as long as im just riding around with out giving it much fuel but when i press on the pedal to go faster it starts o hesitate bu it is running better is it getting to much fuel now was rying as a quick fix b4 i order new ops to make sure im not wasting money

next step is a pressure guage. LPs are know weak spot. they will fail outright, they will lose volume, they will lose pressure, they will make noise but not do any pumping. a good LP will put ost 5-7 psi at idle and 1-2 psi at wot.

That means the LP is not getting power or it doesnt work. Check to make sure its getting power while the engine is running and if it is and still no fuel pressure out the drain or petcock then replace the lift pump.
