6.2 vs 6.5

I drove 2 different 2WD shortbeds from 1986 through 2000 at 120 miles/day and through the winters. I got stuck in a ditch once (my choice to avoid a spinning car) in all that time. One helluva lot of other tense moments though. Since fall of 2001 I've had 4WD. I won't go back. Not worth it.
