59 Power Wagon sells 10-23-17

Only 538 produced in 59 with the 318 and I have one. LOL
Mine must have been the more deluxe model, it has all the stainless steel trim, I also have another set of the SS trim from another PW that I had scrapped out along with a lot of the other parts.
The short stepside box on Mine was destroyed from the PO hauling livestock, the floor was tramped out and the sides were about falling off. It also had an Omaha stock rack on it, I sure wish I would have kept all of that. It now has a flat bed and a 6000# winch mounted behind the cab.
The 58 year model trucks was the same body style but they did not have any trim on those.
Pretty cool to see another 59.
Unloading a new air compressor at a friends house.

Very nice car smokymtn65 for sure. I have always liked the Camaros, I have owned one, a 1984 Red Z28 with the 5.0 HO engine, 700-R transmission and of course a 3.73 rear end in it. Compared to some of the hot cars today and back in the 60's and 70's it didn't have the horsepower those cars had, but for its time it was pretty fast, plenty enough to get you hurt fast. It would bark the tires when it hit second gear and one time I was on it real hard and heard it get some third gear rubber. My cousin had a white one with a 5 speed manual in it and we lined them up at a certain legal location one time. it was about a dead heat...HA, HA.... Kind of wished I had the old Z28 back at times, when I sold it had about 44000 miles on it. An old girlfriend of mine almost bought it, but she didn't.

I dated a another girl that had a red 1985 IROC Z that had the 5 Liter but it was tuned port injection and had about 25 more ponies under the hood. No, no, me and her never did race them.
The newer Camaros are pretty nice but I would love to have a 1968 or 1969 Camaro in good shape. When I was about 16 I almost bought a green 1967 Camaro but my dad just did not go along with it.

Somehow in my older age I have really wanted to own an older Chevy truck or Car about late 60's or early 70's for some reason, I suppose to bring back some ole memories, I guess, maybe it is a mid life crises?

Right there with you MrMarty51. I know we might be off topic here, but I gotta say the fastest car I ever drove was a 1995 LT-1 350 CI, Chevy Caprice, sweet mother of mercy, if the back end wasn't about cross ways in these old mountain curves at over 110 MPH, it wasn't doing its job. Yelp, there was someone riding with me, the Good Lord, I look back at those days and say I am lucky to be here. Sorry, these days I don't think I have the Kahunas to do that again, back in those days I was fearless.

Fun to drive for sure, If I could sell the property we may move it to our garage. Sorry @GM Guy I probably should have just put it in it own "for sale" thread
