I am wondering why it will not shift at wot. If I leave off a tad it will shift perfect through all the gears.

I was searching this for awhile and came up with some questions.

I am still wondering what does the tps actually control? Why does it have to be at 1-1.2 at idle and 2.2-2.9 at wot? ( I do have a standalone ats valve body and can check what the low & high settings are).

Does the tv cable actually change the upshift? I did find out it is also a kickdown cable if I am right.

I am tring to figure out if my problem is in the standalone or the adjustments on my linkage.

thanks

Yours should be more of a linkage problem, because you have the kickdown bracket on the driver side of the engine.

Have you tried it with the standalone disconnected.

You need the standalone connected because it runs the whole vb. Without the standalone the trans goes limp.

thanks for the input.
