I built it for a neighbor for pig roasts and big bashes, it's still a virgin. the cooking area is 3'x6', wood, charcoal or lpg. It was a project I did in my spare time, a lot of hours went into it's planning and construction, I drilled over 2000 holes for the burners. ie: didn't pay very well.:mad2:But I'm pleased with it:D

Made me look.. very impresive Leo.... Extremely clean professional job. I tried mig welding a hole in my cat a long time ago it looked like spaghetti noodled up and it still meowed, err, i mean leaked. lol. Never spent enough time to get the hang of it...

Looks like you could fit a baby elephant on there.....
I bet it cooks as good as it looks......(2000 holes)...Your a good friend.
I'm a charcoal man myself.....from when I was a kid, gas (propane) wasn't very popular....

When's the party?

Let me know when your dropping by Louis:thumbsup:, then I can let Jif. know when to come over for the party. I have use of the BBQ if I want.:D

Thanks Matt, it just takes practice, I've had too much I think, when you build crap in your sleep it would seem so.

Hey Indybeck, love the truck in your sig! I just recently found a place that makes kits to put a 60-61 or a 62-66 Chevy nose on an 88-98 truck. I drooled all over my keyboard until I saw the price ($4k). But I still can't stop thinking about it. I love the 60s trucks and I love my 97, what better way to show it?

Sorry for the thread hijack, I got excited!

Don't worry about that Dan......This whole thread is JACKED, It went from gear ratio and tire size to barbecues and baby elephants........A little talk about a retro kit sounds good.

Besides your a 4.10 fatback anyway.
