I picked the last one because the next group will have more sense to systemattically change it to a workable and affordable bill. Most of this shit isn't gonna see the light of day for a long time anyway because it's basically unconstitutional...

I think it is bull shit I get a 2.5 % monthly bill in health care I do not need. But I only get a 1 % pay raise. I lose on this times 2! :mad2:

I hate it. This is going to cost us all, just when you might think we will get out of a recession they pull this stunt. This is going to drive up unemployment, more layoffs and cutbacks from big business and small business. Our economy is doomed. They will be after every ones retirement next, watch and see.

I have to have a JOB to get health care. I have to be able to own a business and employ people to be forced to provide employees health care.
This is not the #1 issue facing our nation! Keeping people employed and bringing jobs in/back IS!!!
I can't believe the waste in an irrelevant issue of health care when we have the above unemployment issue that is way more critical to our nation now. Not the "I will be dead from old age when this law takes effect" BS they just passed.
Time to throw _YOUR_ elected idiot out. Enough with the 'Throw the idiots out, but, not MY idiot.'

If he can't stand up to McCain and the pressure to bow out of the race early then he doesn't deserve a 2nd chance or to be elected dog catcher.
I thought he was the best choice till he suddenly gave up. Obama did beat Clinton. I will give him that, maybe only that. But at least I don't have to hear Clinton today like the old folks have to hear about the Kennedy's. :mad2: Obama this and Obama that is bad enough.
If they can force us to buy anything where does it stop. They (being the gov't) will keep tacking on little things that go unnoticed by most until one day you wake up and find the public now finds it to be "normal" and "just the way things are". If you are oveweight could they then force you to join a gym and require you to check in once a week with your doctor to prove you are losing weight?
I have not met one person or even know one person that is in favor of this thing. Where are all these supporters.
Next thing will be illegal alliens. Will they (gov't) will say we need to buy them all a house now.
I don't know about other states, some are worse im sure, but as a self employed person I already pay close to 60% of all the money I make to taxes and we do not have a state income tax here. That means I work until June for free!!!! just to pay taxes. And, Its going to get worse.
They never should have shoved Osama care down our throats!

Hate it. Wrote my Congressman, both Senators, the President and the other goof balls. I will vote to remove those that are not supporting the Declaration and Bill of Rights but, I am worried about those that won't and just don't get it!!

I'm just wondering who the fools are that think this law is great, or will give them free health care. Nothing is free. We all will pay a price for this. This is the land of the free not home of the entitlement. This law is about power and control over us, and when was it a right to get free health care. if you try to take care of everyone you help no one. They want us dependent on them for everything,so they can dictate how we live.Bottom line is MORE POWER IN THE GOVERNMENT MEANS LESS FREEDOM FOR US. Sorry I didn't mean to ramble, this poll hit a sore spot. I argue with idiots under the age of 25 about this all the time, and they don't realize that they will also foot the bill now, and more in the future. I guess With age comes knowledge. It sucks getting old. I wish I was as Ignorant now as I was at 25. When did we lose common sense in this country.

your right though. i may only be 26 but have been a conservative my entire life. it was hard enough having the Navy dictate my entire life and soon the government will be even worse than being in the military. as a citizen we are steadily losing all of our God given rights that so many Americans fought to achieve back in the day! i feel that what is happening is an insult to our founding fathers, they would be outraged and parading on the capitol armed and ready for battle!
