I know this isn't diesel related, but...
I need some new struts. Should I go with Monroe or Gabriel? Gabriel is almost double the cost. Just looking to see if anyone has any info on these. Thank you in advance.

My 88 Buick Century.
Such an ugly little car.
Replacing struts on that and went with the cheap line of Munroe.
About six months I was pulling them things and took them back to Oriellies.
Lifetime warranty, told Him I did not want those same model of struts back, I want the best ones Munroe makes.
Got those and installed them.
Been at least six years and those struts are still riding nice.
Came to the 91 Oldsmobile 88, installed the best munroes onto it too and it rides real nice.
IDK if a different brand would ride better but seems that most the shock/strut people now most all have a life time warranty.

I ended up buying the cheaper Monroes. I guess I'll find out soon enough. They are on the way.
Gotta be better than what is on the car now. I am getting a rattle in the left rear every time I hit a little bump.
