2.8 Tunes Available

Yep.. that little motor was already in production overseas and they had a headstart on it. I would like to have one to drive around in.. but they are pricey..
 
They had tunes for it BEFORE the trucks rolled off the line. Deletes should be easy since you should be able to just get an international flash for it as theres NO emissions equipment on it overseas.

how would one get/retrieve such oversea file, and or one for a 6.6

You would have to either find somebody from overseas who obtained one or have one flashed into an ECM using the VIN from an overseas truck. As to the 6.6, I don't think there are any non US calibrations for it.
