1996 K2500 suburban 6.5 TD. Replaced FSD and relocated behind front bumper with new FSD pigtail harness. Ran for 20 minutes and shut down tried to restart, lift pump running but no glow plug light. Waited 5 minutes, got glow plug flicker, it restarted and shut down again after a few minutes. Repeated. Injection pump is several years old but has less than 20k on it.

Welcome to the forum, give us some history of the truck, any other mods, fill out your signature with what's been done to the truck, helps us diagnose specific to your rig.

There's numerous threads on here with no start issues, I'm linking you to one that was relatively recent and covers all of the bases when it comes to a no start condition. Read through it and see what applies to you and keep us posted on what you come up with.

easiest and quickest thing to do- put clear tubing on IP return line. Verifying whether you're getting fuel to the IP or not will help determine whether you have a fuel supply issue or electrical issue

Passenger back side of intake manifold can have 2-3 ground wires, remove them and shine them up.

Not sure if 96 could be a cross between OBD1-2 for the ECM, it can be with the cooling system.

My 95 FSOS (fuel shut off sol.) fuse would lose contact and shut the truck down. Newer (OBD2) ran the fuel pump via the ECM.
