I'm getting this 2nd hand, as it's my son's '94 Suburban K2500.

It overheats (i.e. coolant temp above 210) and so after sitting 2 hours then sitting in line at a drive through. Truck has a new radiator with coolant stack cleaned, HO fuel pump with new Hayden HD fan clutch and dmax fan, ATT, 4" exhaust and mandrel bent 3" downpipe and 2.5" crossover pipe. The stock '94 came single t-stat coolant crossover is being used with an AC Delco 190 T-stat. We're at a loss what to do next.

Also, it started stalling. It has the PMD mounted behind the bumper and it's about 4 years old. From son "It stalls and takes awhile to restart makes me think fuel. Maybe lift pump going out?"

I would check the PMD. I have mine on the front bumper but it still burns out every three years or so................
But that does not mean to not check for fuel supply pressure. I am a big fan of having a permanent fuel pressure gauge.

I assume you meant HO water pump? Did this just start happening? Any work done recently that could have affected it?

Yes HO water pump.

Yes just started stalling. OVerheats.also happened last year and we added the new Hayden fan clutch which seemed to address it. No recent work.
