12v charging system sky high

ALl of the CUMMINS from 94-98 had a PCM. Even the manual trans trucks had one just to control the intake heaters, alternator, A/C and cruise control. Yes you can wire in a regulator from a late 70's or early 80's DODGE, or use any external regulator that is a grounding style and control it.
 
okay, first thank you all for your help, second sorry about my signature, i'll fix that, and third... i solved the problem, it is now in a box on its way back to china, with a note attached that reads " Dear China, you suck... and take your no good, lyin' ass piece of shit meter, and shove it, Sincerely The Good Old United States Of America
