1k hp LB7 isn't that uncommon. Rods, pistons, dual CP3's, 100 over injectors, and a decent set of twins and you're their.

What’s the longevity of an LB7 putting out 1,000 hp?

Once you're at those power levels it's anybodys guess with ANY of them. Cranks can and have broke just sitting idling, or they run long hard lives being beaten mercilessly day in and day out. Once you get into built engine territory, all the rules go out the window.
