Hey stranger! Glad you sent me a link to this thread, I don't get on here enough to find it on my own. Oh, and guys, I've seen this truck in person and it's NICE!
That stinks about the bed side too, but if it's still like that when you come up to get the intakes put on I'll work my magis on...
Thanks, that's what I wanted to know. My PJ's do awesome in the rocks which is where I play, awesome on the street, and will run 40k, so I guess I had better stick with them.
I don't play in the mud, I'm to lazy to wash it. lol
Hey tank, are your Irok's bias or radial?
I've been considering them for my next set since I heard that they are lighter than the ones that I'm running. Also, how many miles do they run?
I can get about 40K out of the PJ's.
I'm one my second set of Parnelli Jones Dirt Gripz. Very good tires, quiet for a mud terrain, they run about 40K, and great on the rocks, but they are VERY heavy!
I've rode nearly every modern quad at one time or another and I would have to say that you probably couldn't go wrong with any of the 500+ cc 4x4's on the market today. Now after saying that, I own and ride an 800 Can-Am and would buy it again in a second.
Yeah, here are some from our trip to Colorado last fall.
This one of my favorites....pulling my buddies Yamaha 15 miles back to camp when he ran out of gas.....):h
Yep, I think all of the quads they are selling these days are good ones, it just comes down to personal preference and how much you feel comfortable spending.
