My friends tires are the M/S, not the A/T's. Sorry for the bad info. Hopefully the A/T's do better off pavement.

Sometimes the plastic clip that holds the rod in the actuator wears out. Listen to see if the actuator is working in the door, but not unlocking. If you can hear the actuator clunk, but no movment from the lock you might check the clips inside the door.

My friend has them on his 2500. They ride good and wear good. They WILL get stuck in wet grass.
