    i recently bought a 94 chevy blazer 6.5 turbo diesel from my cousin and its having a voltage issue, he said the problem occured after he jumped somebody and it hasnt been right since. I redid the grounds that are in the engine bay and the ground from the starter to the body. Got new batteries...
