    Interesting I'll look it on the electric vacuum pump to control the HVAC.. and the mega squirt I seen them on the diy tuners website but I can't say I'm familiar with how they work... So you have to build it and send it back for them to test out before you can put it on a rig? I'm going to poke...

    Still air force blue haha I'll get y'all a pic of the dash and cruise control(if it has it) tomorrow I was told the vacuum pump is to actuate the AC which on this model was controlled via vacuum signal.

    Door for HVAC I don't understand what that is? And as far as I know and can see there is no egr or epr on the van. I does have a CDR valve on the passenger side intake manifold

    The green vacuum cap is where it was pulling air like crazy about 1/4" or smaller ID of the tubing coming from the pump.

    Looks exactly like mine!! And can someone explain to me the diy standalone controller? Isn't that pretty much what mine is since it's just an tcm is mine "standalone"? Thanks guys!!!

    Awesome thanks so much for walking me through this... I'll trace that wire back and confirm that's it's good from the tcm plug. Is there any kind of vacuum pump sensor? I just found a piece of small black hard plastic cap tubing coming from what looks like the vacuum pump and it was sucking air...

    Fusable link to the ecm, should it be near the fuse block or coming off the tcm? I'd like to check that for sure I'll confirm the volatage right now

    Thanks for the warning on that I'm assuming that chip is the prom? Will one prom go right into another ecu and become plug and play compatible? The rat damage is pretty severe I've found one eaten glo plug wire, the radio, a ground from the water temp sender, several wires going to running...

    Okay good to know thanks....I've checked and cleaned every ground on that vehicle and got rid of extra wires running to the back I've taken the entire harness out of the conduit to check for breaks and shorts all in vein.. the controller plug has 12v where it should with key on and off on pin...

    Okay gents im out here wire hounding and checking grounds I found that the engine speed sensor that y'all pointed out to me is not hot with key on...should this be hot? If so this curcuit may have the short. On the fuel heater one prong of the sensor plug reads 12v like the other prong however...

    Thanks everyone this is steps forward I'll set off tomorrow to see if I can get the obd to respond to the test I'll isolate all the curcits to find the problem. So if the tcm were to fail could it possibly cause the ses light to illuminate because weeks ago when it ran good there were no lights...

    Thanks for the information I really appreciate it. I got my abs light to flash 12 when I jump the bottom left terminal to ground but the service engine light still won't flash anything from the diagnostic terminal

    Okay I've cleaned and reconnected the trans plug the ses light is still on and not flashing the codes when jumping a and b terminals Thanks for clearing up the injection pump question I didn't know weather it was db2 or ds4. Is there any way to test the tcm? Thanks again guys!

    Okay so the ground has been sanded and put back together tightly and what do you mean by no emissions no ses light? I traced the aldl and so far nothing broken or chaffed that I've seen...I did find bad wires at the bulkhead connectors that I'll post a photo of but I'm not sure what they go to...
