More parts rolling in. Got 2 new 195* Ac Delco Tstats from RockAuto, along with rad hoses, reservoir cap and hose, feed the beast components, a new 6" tip to replace my 5" (because bigger tips = more power right??? :D) and also a new hinge/latch assembly for my new tailgate too. Not pictured is...
I think I'll try it with the 3/8 and if it's not enough we will go bigger!
Thanks again for the tip top customer service as always Leroy. The new/old pump is in the mail!

Oh yeah? Lol give me some ideas.
On another note, my fuel system parts have almost all arrived. Today I received my Feed the Beast kit from WalkingJ. Additionally I have a fuel filter adapter from Napa that will be the pre-lift pump filter, and a friend of mine who techs for Cummins was able to...
Ran a Tech2 on the truck tonight because its been down on power since the stepper motor backed out. Determined that the computer is commanding the stepper motor to do its job, but the motor isnt working. Additionally, we tried the Time Set function on the scanner, to relearn TDCO and the truck...
I have another block that I'm gonna be picking up to mock them up on. Realistically its never gonna go in my truck, but I would like to find a c1500 or c10 single cab long bed and drop it in there. Kind of a budget build. I got those head studs for free, I got these manifolds for $50, I would...
Picked up a long block out of a van today. Really only wanted the exhaust manifolds, but wound up with the block, internals, tstat housing, and intake setup too. No pump, turbo, or other accessories. Engine supposedly had about 300k on it and ran well. 2000 GM 506 block. I will be keeping the...
I forgot that the 3rd port on the FFM goes to the T-valve for water drain. So I should be able to install my fuel system and not worry about touching any returns.
For guys that run aftermarket fuel filter systems, aka no more FFM setup, what did you do for a return? Im doing Feed the Beast and also changing over to 3/8" fuel lines for the whole truck, and will be using a spin-on style filter.
Yup, they bolt on. Some people will take a razor or dremel and grind down the divider so its tapered.
You will most likely need to rotate the rear and center sections of the turbo to get it to line up on your truck.
My truck gvw is 8600, goes across a scale at about 6300 or so. Automatic with a mismatched tune for the A Team and 3.73's with 33" tires runs 0-60 in 11s. Gonna be running a proper tune and bigger fuel lines, hope that helps reduce my time a bit.
I have a new-in-box Walbro FRC-10 lift pump for sale. Purchased from Leroy as a spare when my first pump leaked and never wound up using it. Includes barbed fittings necessary to adapt to factory fuel line fittings. Has never been plugged in, or had fuel run though it. All that is needed to...
Picking up a used block for free this week from a buddy of mine out of a 96. Another friend with a 6.2 is giving me a brand new set of ARP head studs that he wound up not needing on his truck also. Have a couple ideas regarding center mount turbos that I want to play around with, hence the...
Update. Got some DTC's this morning, P0216 and P1214 for injection pump timing malfunction. Did a little more research and P0216 can be caused by a faulty timing advance stepper motor on the side of the IP. Pop the hood and what do I find?
So I got new 10-24 machine screws, used Blue...
