I run the factory Hi beam bulbs in my fog lights. I really noticed a difference. Still wish I had HIDS in all my lights but for a cheap replacement they do a nice job.
I've had the 5140 installed in my truck from about 4 or 5 months now and it's worked great. A couple weeks ago EFILive installed by Nick done to the truck. We had to pull the radio fuse under the hood when we flashed the trucks computer. Ever since then I can't get the head unit to dim when the...

I wish my HIRS would burn out so I could upgrade to HIDS. Should have done that in the first place. Although I get flashed enough by people and the g/f says she won't let me go brighter.
So I need to find a laptop to run my EFILive on. Anyone have any leads on a decent little cheap laptop. This will stricly be used for EFILive and nothing else.
Are any of you guys putting in dual post (batteries with both top and side mount terminals) batteries when you replace them? I hate the side post and it makes it pain it you ever have to jump another vehicle or add anything electrical wise to the battery.
There is a pull coming up in a few weeks that I would like to pull at that is now requiring U Joint shields do to someone getting hit last year with a broken U joint. Does anyone have a materials list on what all I need to build a set?
Thanks.
I'm becoming more and more interested in EFILive. I'd like to get the DSP5 switch set up with a mileage tune. What type of mileage gains are you guys seeing with EFILive? 1 or 2 mpg or are people seeing more?
I installed a Kenwood 5140 in my 04 and I want to make sure that I have the steering wheel buttons programmed properly to do what they are suppose to do with the head unit. Make sense? I have the SWI jack from pac audio already hooked up so that's not a problem. Here is the order in which I have...

Yeah the track was really loose. The bad part was they were having us pull onto the track before the box scrape and compactor had a chance to go over the first 30 or so feet of the track so it was really loose right when everyone took off. They eventually changed that so the bigger guys where...
