    Yes. Here my trailer (14k gooseneck car hauler) has to be inspected & re-licensed every year. I have two others that don't require inspection & I can get 2 year tags for those. One is a small tilt (I think 5k) & the other a 10k cargo. Also if you have a tag rating of 18k or higher on your truck...
