My exhaust is always blowing black smoke. Not sure why, figure it's probably a bad vacuum pump or something. Wastegate solenoid is good. Would a turbomaster make the black smoke stop?

Well just started her up this morning and like I figured, code 36 is back. It's really weird that everytime I fix something, itll go away for several hours or a day then come back.
Today one of the wires I previously fixed on the wastegate solenoid came out. Fixed them, now just normal code 12. Pulled 36 again this morning before the wire came out. Could this have been the issue??
So got looking at my PMD harness and it's a Delphi brand. Did the tests on the crank position sensor and optical sensor and both passed. The Delphi harness with Ebay or flight systems PMD would probably cause a problem right?

Started it up a little bit ago when I left work and rough start the gradually turned normal. Puffs of white smoke here and there after starting then nothing. Check engine light on solid for a good 2 minutes, then the usual on and off intermittently or at certain speeds or upon acceleration...
The code 36 was gone all day Saturday after I replaced the relay but it appeared again yesterday morning on startup and again today and back to the usual rough starting. Intermittent ses on and off with code 36, etc.
Okay yeah I really wanna get more power. Just didn't feel like spending the $145 for the Turbomaster. Alot of people make their own but I'm not really mechanically inclined in that way so itd be difficult for me to do that. I'm gonna have to get a vacuum gauge and check my vacuum.
