    I am going to take the old 4L80e from the ‘99 in for rebuild. Once rebuilt, I will swap it back into the ‘99 and use the new proper lines I bought for it. The current 4L80e unit in the ‘99 will go into the ‘94.

    This is a 4wd K2500 Suburban. Just looks like a tough fit between engine mount and exhaust manifold. Maybe I was just tired?

    Looking at Path of the transmission cooler lines after installing the engine and it looks difficult to near impossible to thread the hard lines through without removing the passenger side exhaust manifold. Can someone confirm that is the case or if not, suggest an alternative approach?

    Front return line connecting to FFM

    Looking for this part. Has hard line that connects to hard line in between lift pump and FFM, then hose to FFM. We busted the hose and need to replace. Been searching and cannot find online, probably because I’m exhausted and currently out to dinner.

    Lot of progress and not a whole lot I can do until the additional parts arrive. Paveltolz is headed home for a family reunion, but will be back with his wife Thursday for a long Labor Day weekend.

    Transfer case is in and the engine and transmission are on their mounts. Bags of bolts and blue tape labels on wiring are disappearing.

    We will get the engine/trans in tomorrow. Ran into issues. Oil feed to turbo made with AN fittings will not fit the compression fitting on the ATT turbo. New line and block fitting on order from Leroy. Bent one of the transmission cooler lines. New pair are on order. Will assemble as much as...

    McGyvered a rear bracket to hold the oil cooler hoses away from the mount…permanently.

    Slow but steady progress on the optimizer install. Should be ready to go into the truck tomorrow.
