Headlight Dimmer Swithch (high beam switch) Keeps Burning Out

I've gone through (2) dimmer switches in the past two years now. Granted that they have been from Oreilly's so maybe it's cheap junk? I'm thinking about going with an ACDelco one for the 3rd go around. Anyone else have problems with their dimmer switch going bad/ having a short life?

How would you turn over the motor?

    Flexplate bolts

Do these fit the bill? These seem to be shorter than the other ones I find. http://arp-bolts.com/kits/ARPkit-detail.php?RecordID=32 Every other place I find such as Napa, O'Reilly and Advance Auto have their own respective set but are longer...

    Flexplate bolts

BBC? Rock auto doesn't have flexplate bolts but they do have flywheel bolts in the manual transmission section. Same with my local NAPA. LMC Truck shows a diagram and they use the same part for both flexplate/flywheel applications.

    Flexplate bolts

Guys, are the flexplate bolts the same size as flywheel bolts on a 94 K2500? Looking for a good source other than the stealer ship.
