Welcome to the forum. Yep fuel in doesn't guarantee fuel out of IP. Look over the diagnostic checklist posted on here for ideas and all the stuff we need to know to give targeted ideas. Broadly RPM, temperature, fuel are key but details needed including introductions etc...
