Did you try it with the CPS unplugged again? Check to make sure that 1.2VAC is on the line coming out of pin B of the PMD while cranking. If it is and youre not injecting then there is a problem with the IP. If not then there is a PCM electronics issue.

So you have oil that you are burning and an oil leak. Is it dripping onto the downpipe or where do you see oil in the engine bay? Have you take the upper intake off to see if its covered in oil?
